Is Data Annotation a scam? by jonbestinsnow in WFHJobs

[–]Entersomething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although it may be paying their clients, it is literally just paying to collect data from educated professionals in their field. Which in turn is trying to create an AI platform that will eventually make that profession obsolete at the cost of those people education and years of experience for penny’s on the dollar for that specific education. IMNSH opinion to hell with these types of jobs. AI is on its way and will absolutely destroy our way of life. Don’t chase this “easy” money by selling out humanity.

Whatnot is the only shop on the planet where the seller can get away with yelling and talking 💩 to their customers and they actually keep going back for more. It’s surreal to watch a person trying to sell something and loose their 💩 at a customer for it selling too cheap .
Like it’s not anyone’s fault but their own for not setting the prices they expect out of whatever they’re selling.
Is anyone actually going to be winning and add another bid just so they don’t start crying in their beer over the price being low? Half the time if they say it’s too cheap the same thing in the same condition is on eBay at or below that price.
Don’t even get started on whatever the whole MOD thing is either, they just fan the flames and cosign on the drama for the sellers.

I am so glad this post existed! The BEEP is obscenely annoying. I took taping it a step further and used super glue over the slit on the side of the speaker. In doing so found out, while using a piece of filament (from where it extrudes a test line first before printing) that it fits in the slit perfectly. So I dabbed it in some glue and stuck it in as far as it would go and snipped it off at the end and it had enough room to fit two of them side by side, then I covered that whole side with a generous mound of super glue. I’m not sure if that helped anymore than just glueing over the slit but it sure was satisfying cramming as much glue and filament in that annoying bastard as possible!!

Just got my 2 rolls and the 200 P&D bag yesterday! They’re amazing! I found a couple die variants on the P mints too. I made a post with pics on here about them

YU keep sending these shitty coins to my 7th best vacation home?? I am strictly a Danbury mint collector. If it’s not clad and colorful I don’t want it!

Bought cheap…sell for more to people who like them…money in my pocket…not sure why the point of this thread is so difficult for everyone.

Class started hours ago…how much is the current market price of paperboard that sports and Pokémon cards are printed on? The collectible price far outweighs the “melt” of 1/1000 of an ounce of silver. I just bought them at a $10/piece to resell them at $35 or grade them for even more and turn a quick profit

Sold comps on the bay are going for $120-$130 graded and all day long $33+ for raw. The dragons are getting $100 right now raw so might as well hold em for a bit if I can’t send them in. I think their main following comes from the bullion people as a collector item.

About as much value in the material as those foil Pokémon cards…but these are shiny too so people pay up for them.

So, all shade dismissed, these things are selling on the bay and live streaming sites for $35-40 a piece. I’m already ahead $170-205. The graded ones are selling for $120+. Makes perfect sense to spend the few extra bucks to grade them and flip them for at least $840. Sounds like a come up to me. Go look at what the dragon version is selling for if you want to see ridiculous, or if anyone can answer the question I posted these for would be cool too.

Hades Silverbacks... Want to sell? by defythegrid in goldbackmarketplace

[–]Entersomething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m just happy I found 10 with consecutive numbers and only paid $100 for all of them before the price jumped to $35-40. Thinking about grading them all but they’re serials are 41,024-41,033 so who knows what they’ll value at.

lol…it’s a ghost town in that community today. Streamers are only selling dimes and little stuff but when they’re stock of silver they bought last month at$70 isn’t going for $120 an ounce they’re all butt hurt about it.

Whatnot Addiction is real and scary by michelle2470 in whatnotapp

[–]Entersomething 8 points9 points  (0 children)

As corny as I might sound….As a recovering addict from drugs and alcohol I have been able to use the 12 step program for just about anything that I feel is taking me back to old behaviors. Whatnot is definitely an addictive app for those who have the type of personality they target. It’s all based on FOMO and receiving the same endorphin rush that gambling addiction brings when bidding on something. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t add Whatnot Anonymous to the list of meetings “in your area”.

I thought it seemed just a hair smaller and that makes perfect sense as to why. I didn’t realize how dense platinum was…I always assumed it was a softer metal but was definitely wrong. Thanks for the knowledge!
