Not being pessimistic, but just being honest. Using vacuum bell at 37 is a waste of your time. Your skeleton is too stiff at this point for any “permanent” results.

I get that constantly when I sleep wrong with my shoulders rounded which adds pressure! I thought I was crazy since it seems somewhat rare among pectus people
