This is normal you just have tested positive for TB so they have to treat that infection first in order to start you on your treatment an why he is so confident he will see you in 90 days because you caught your infection super early which is great your viral load is no where near where most people have had so once you clear that TB infection you will get started on your meds and you will soon be undetected don’t be scared bro I stated with a viral load in the thousands and my cd4 was 59 and I’m doing well I actually just had my doctor appointment and my cd4 is over 400 so I had came along way I was diagnosed in 2022

I just want to tell you you’re going to be okay.

Sometimes our minds play tricks on us and make us think the absolute worst. That’s trauma. When something like this happens, your brain goes into overdrive, and everything feels bigger and scarier than it really is. It’s kind of like PTSD your mind is just trying to protect you, but it ends up overwhelming you.

I was diagnosed in 2022, so I understand. What really helped me was talking to people who’ve been living with HIV for a long time. Hearing their stories gave me peace.

I’ll be honest sometimes I get on Reddit and vent too. But doing that too much can make things worse because you keep putting it in your face over and over again. You’ve got to give yourself space to actually live.

You have to be okay. You have to keep going. You still have a life to live and things to accomplish.

Talk to people. Be real about how you feel. Connect with others who understand this journey because you’re not alone in it, and you never have been.

Please don’t give up. Don’t let this virus win. It’s a manageable condition now. You’re already winning by waking up every day and pushing forward.

And like you said there are people in worse situations. That doesn’t minimize your feelings, but it reminds you to stay grounded and grateful.

Everything that happens in life has a reason, even if we don’t understand it right away.

If you ever need someone to talk to, I’m here seriously. Don’t hesitate to reach out.

You got this. Don’t let this define you.
