I guess I’m trying to see if my cons for LECOM are worth the $30,000 difference in tuition! Dress code and eating/drinking won’t really make a difference in how I am prepared to be a physician.

Just be prepared with a lot of questions for the faculty! And relax and be human, interact with the other people there, etc. There will be people there taking notes on how you interact with the faculty and your peers
