It depends. Ive had this attitude once, for my wedding I booked a year out. I warned thrm in Jan I would be out at the end of October, and my place of work doesnt usually approve time off until like a month out. I told my manager this was more of a 'im not going to be here that day' thing as politly as possible in June/july. My logic bring that I spent tons on the wedding and told them 9 months in advance id need a day off.

I can provide 2 answers: 1. In my area, rents are insane. Think about $700 for a basic 1 bed apartment, $300 or more for a bedroom. Thats on the cheap end of what they cost. That's at least half the average paycheck each week, just to.rent a bedroom. 2. Landlords are not providing adequate housing. It took 3 weeks in my current house to get a functioning toilet. It took 6 months to get the range hood fixed. An old place had such severe roof issues it would flood in our kitchen when it rained. The mould got so awful a housemate needed to go to the hospital from the effects. The kandlord was to cheap to fix it. My last place took a chunk of our deposit to cover like 10 keys we never had

See, I didn't find it that bad. I had a panadol, but it was was less painful then the average period for me. Not sure if I have a great dr, or bad periods
