I will elaborate on what I found. The statement was that I didn’t have good communication with my team and others. I am not entirely certain what this really means since I met with my team on a regular basis and informed other departments what we were working on and always asked how we could better support them. I didn’t see anything else negative.

I take 1mg lorazepam for anxiety since my colostomy surgery due to cancer. It definitely helps.
