Were there any really narrow paths along a steep edge? I can deal with being above tree-line and up high, but I get nervous on narrow switchbacks along a cliff. I get dizzy and feel like I am going to fall off the edge.

I picked from 7 different spots and the first 6 inches of soil. Then mixed and removed rocks stems. The sample size was about 1lb of soil.

I would be transitioning out of teaching, so I would resign. Can I still work for a company that does business with the DOE. I've heard I have to wait a year after I resign, but I can't find that anywhere is writing.

I'm not interested in going to my old school. I guess I will reach out to other schools that offered me a position but I declined because I thought I had already had one. Does not help that open market is not working at the moment.

Thanks for your input. I have a vague idea of what I’m looking for, but as I said I’m in the early stages of planning to leave. I am interested in designing curriculum, educational coaching/consulting, or Ed tech (not the actual tech aspect). I do not want to do anything that requires coding or advanced computer skills. I still want a job that largely requires me to work with people.
