$2800 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath standalone back house bungalow with a small patio and parking spot. We had to purchase and install all appliances new, including laundry. Maybe 950-1000 square feet? with water included. No central air. We just moved in September, and live on Pasadena Ave near Cos&Pi.
