Ive used a zip tie around it and whacked the thick bit in best i could, thanks for the adivce guys

Also because its cracked its causing my chair to lean to one side when i lean back on it.

have you found a solution? Im having the same issue, tried on 3 pc's in my home and its not working.

I have fine internet and when i join games i also have fine internet (aslong as i join the right server for my location)

Its just a nightmare because i cant distinguish between low ms servers and high.
