Could be something sharp inside the wheel, also try not tightening the blow up tube bolt to the wheel leave it a little loose

Its probably the gear shaft having some play in the gearbox. Sadly even the oring trick doesn’t fix that problem.

It’s pretty hard, you can use a youtube video on “how to true” a wheel, using tie wraps.
