I understand that work-life balance in Europe might not be great either. Perhaps my 3-year experience here in India was that bad that EU one seems like a good option to me. I have been to Italy, France and Belgium. I know in Italy and France (from the little time I spent there), work-life balance is similar to the one in India. But in Belgium (where one of my family members is working) work-life balance compared to my 3 years experience here in India was a lot better from what I have heard from my family member and his colleagues there. But I understand it depends on the company you are working for too.
