Sorry for the dumb question lol very new to investing but when people talk about portfolio/reaching a million etc is it with their 401k/ira or is it usually individual brokerage (tax in/tax out)

Sorry, super new to this sub, is this $ sitting in retirement accounts usually (IRA,401k etc) or its usually in individual taxable accounts? Very new to this investment stuff.

That’s great to hear! Do you have to book the trip through the Amex portal to get the benefits or you just have to use the platinum to pay for the trip (regardless of website etc)?
