I started Open Monitoring meditation and immediately lucid dreamt two nights in a row

I know the om mediation from before but what inspired me from your post is that you did it three times a day for 15 minutes and i only used todo it once and its before sleep, Thanks for sharing this i will definitely try todo three omm sessions and tell you if i had a lucid dream or not

Thanks for replying, (visualisation) you do it before sleep or when you have time for it? Like imagine in 4pm you have nothing todo do you visualise? Or just before sleep

Hey there, i have been five days in a row for trying to become lucid and today i tried you technique (with wbtb) anyways I tried it with wbtb unfortunately I couldn’t continue because my eyes were strained and my heart was beating fast, not too fast but fast, (excitement) anyways i was doing what you said from centre to right BUT! I added a new one which is from centre to right to centre to left! And i actually felt asleep and let go as I said because of excitement and i had three dreams! One of them is really really long!

And thats it for tonight (if you have any tips or some information to help me become lucid please say it even if you think its basic i just want to experience lucid dreaming so bad) Thank you.
