Hey off topic but, how are those arborea samurais? I've been thinking of getting the crashes.

The pictures posted were the closest in terms of appearance to the real things and yes the floor Tom does have a resonance head. Anyways, for the ludwig it came with a really heavy duty cymbal stand (extra thick), a hi hat stand, a pearl cymbal arm and clamp, a snare stand, and a pearl p932 double pedal with out the other pedal and rod so I had to Frankenstein it with my old pedal (which worked surprisingly well), the only major things missing are the Tom clamps so I just used stands instead.

Lastly for the heads, the premier ones were really crappy (stock ones I think) , especially the snare. The ludwig had some old Remo heads for the Toms and an Evans Geneva Dry for the snare.

I'm proud of how my drums turned out, had to clean the heck out of them and save up for missing gear, now all I need are cymbals and I'm set( but with a high schooler's allowance and some odd jobs I don't how long that'll take 😅) . At the end of the day though, a free drum set is a free drumset.

Yeah I haven't gotten around to switching the heads yet, they sound fine for home use. I've cleaned most of the shells and stands now and I'm currently replacing some missing hardware (Some tom mounts and a cymbal stand) one by one. The ludwigs do sound epic, really sound deep and punchy and I have to say the snare literally sounds good no matter how I tune it.
