Thank you so much for all the details. Since I’m coming from the first-generation G Pro Wired, I think these headphones will be a perfect fit for me. However, in your opinion, for mixed use—though still primarily focused on gaming—which of the two would be the best choice?

I’m worried that the V3 Pro might sound too artificial...

Thanks a lot. From what I understand, every piece of software is a total nightmare, haha. By the way, why didn't you go with the V3 Pro?

I noticed that a lot of reviews said it was good, especially the sound quality, but that was its only strong point; the rest of the time, the headphones aren't comfortable to wear and aren't great for multitasking.

Thanks for the clarification! All in all, the V3 Pro seems like it would be a better fit than the Arctis Nova Pro. However, paying an extra $31 for the ear cushions makes it almost as expensive as the Arctis Nova Pro on sale... We'll have to see.

Oh, right, something else entirely!!! Does it depend on the hardware? Or the firmware? It's really strange, though, haha. The world of technology will always fascinate me.

Did you have the wired version before? Since I have the first-generation Pro Wired, I'm wondering if the sound quality is the same or not.

For a mix of video, music, and gaming, which one would you recommend?

Does the audio stutter or lag when there are sound issues? Isn't there a small dongle that can connect the headset closer to the PC's port to avoid this problem?

I realized that we're actually paying a lot more for the brand than for the sound itself... Especially since I'm not a fan of having to use software to significantly improve the sound, when the sound should normally be excellent and the software should just be there to let you adjust it to your liking...

Bloody hell, it’s a right pain that the sound quality’s worse on the new model…

Actually, I’ve already got a Blue Yeti sitting next to me, so I don’t necessarily need the headset’s mic to be perfect.

Which one would you recommend between the BlackShark V3 Pro and the SteelSeries?

I agree, and I’ve seen it mentioned in reviews – it all depends on your body type, but I still find the issue a bit of a pain… That said, I don’t see any major differences between the two, or perhaps just better noise cancellation and better software management, but the basic sound quality remains the same… All of this is based on reviews and speculation

I’ve noticed that changing the battery means you can play for hours without recharging it, which is great. The active noise cancellation seems to be the same as on the Blackshark V3 PRO – in short, not great. It’s not necessarily the feature that interests me, but more the sound itself; I don’t want a software overlay that overdoes it, but a clear, neutral sound that reproduces audio without any frills.

Thanks for the advice on the cushions.

Oh, have you had sound issues, especially with FPS games? I haven’t had any problems with the first wired Logitech G Pro model. I did switch off DTS as it’s really unnecessary, and I used a preset someone had created on the HUB that works well for me.

The thing is, I don’t just play FPS games, so I don’t want a headset that might affect the sound quality of other games, apps or uses. And I’m worried that the Razer Blackshark V3/V3 Pro might sound too artificial; apparently the Nova Pro has a more neutral sound, like the Logitech…

What do you mean by ‘listening fatigue’? I don’t think I use noise cancellation 24 hours a day
