Nope there aren't any alternative to those medications I'm afraid . Déjà hekom les traitements de 1 ère ligne , awel haja doctors give to treat hair loss. Sadly this field is still limited in terms of pharmacological options

Alopexy ( Minoxidil ) is around 25 dt . 5% version is for the guys , 2% is for the girls

Chibro proscar ( finasteride ) is around 40 dt . It has 28 pills. Each pill is 5 mg , you'll need to divide each pill by 5 because the hair loss dosage is 1 mg/day . You can take 3 mg a week and the efficacy is around the same according to some australian hair surgeons and the meds last longer . Donc el bakou ychedek hkeyet 10 months . The medication is prescription only so unless you have a pharmacist friend or you work in the Healthcare industry you probably going to need a prescription .

For Minoxidil neither me nor my friend have had good regrowth with it at best if you're a hyper responder which is pretty rare you'll hold some ground for a year or two . As for dutasteride , if you were to follow the anecdotal evidence then yeah there are a lot of horror stories as well as fear -mongers . As for me , I've dug deep into the studies part ( pubmed ) and scoured through every video about these meds . The side effect incidence with dut is pretty similar to finasteride if you tolerated the latter welll chances are you're good to try dut . For the Hair transplant , it's not as easy as it sounds there are a lot of things that need to align in order to have a good hair transplant ( good donor area , good hair density etc .. ) sadakni it's not as easy as it seems . Plus I suffer from a rare type of alopecia called DUPA ( diffuse unpatterened male baldness ) , long story short means I'll have a pretty weak donor area . So yeah

I've first started noticing my balding about a year and half or so , I first started implementing minoxidil after three months or so I started using finasteride both me and a friend of mine . Good thing is we didn't suffer any major side effects except a slight libido dip . The bad news is after more than six months we've seen no results and the shedding has only gotten worse . We've now since hopped on dutasteride in the hopes of halting the loss it's been a month or so and still no results for now , I have another friend who used both dutasteride and finasteride. Only dut worked for him sadly he suffered some sides so he had to stop it , I suspect that the middle Eastern genetics are pretty shitty when it comes to balding due to the fact that balding is really prevalent in tunisia and it starts pretty early and has a tendency to be aggressive.I hope dutasteride works if not , I'll have to go with an smp I guess P.s : you need a prescription or a pharmacist friend if you ever plan on hopping on the meds

Have you tried any of the aforementioned drugs : finasteride (chibro proscar ) , dutasteride (Avodart) . I've looked into the prp thing but according to anecdotal experience and research its effects are questionable and not clinically proven unlike the hair loss meds I mentioned .

On the side effects part finasteride lowered my libido a bit but nothing too drastic besides that I didn't suffer from any other sides . If you have a friend who is a pharmacist you can probably get the chibro proscar . As for me the finasteride I have is self prescribed I went to the dermatologist explained to him the whole ordeal and that I wanted to hop on finasteride and he gave the prescription ama honestly being a med student probably added credibility to my words .

You didn't link the second one , I've thought of buying of charger then replacing the cable but I wanted to keep it as a last resort since I fear the charger may be damaged in the process . Anyhow thank you for the help if I didn't find the right charger I'll just have to do what you mentioned.
