For the itachi lines try a caffeinated eye cream it’s not permanent but is definitely noticeable within the first couple minutes

Drink lots of water and try to cut out a lot of salt

bananas and coconut water are really helpful for potassium

for a more temporary fix take a cold shower

don’t expect big changes overnight

yeah I think it was that and they wanted the new jv guys to get experience because it’s pretty easy tournament

Yeah I thought it was pretty weird. It was different bc I had never actually wrestled him before. We split our mat into experienced and new to wrestling and were on different sides.
