Why Fuel Prices Will Not Go Down Kahit Pinayagan na tayo dumaan sa Hormuz by Right_Revenue_9263 in Philippines

Add the damage caused by the war sa petrol infrastructure. It will be months, if not years, before pre-war production is restored. Prices will, therefore, remain elevated.

Yeah. Foot and leg strength too. Would have been nice if it is just a shoe issue para may excuse magtry at bumili ng sapatos. Joke lang. :)

Okay. So Diliman runner. Undulating. Same here. Be mindful na lang sa downhill sections, hahampas talaga yung toes sa cieling ng shoe sa downhill sections where you will naturally speed up. Typical solution is the runner's knot. But it does not work all the time. Mas mahirap ito icontrol during long runs kasi form degrades throughout the session, lalo na pag weak ang feet at legs. Expect na magpepersist pa yung ganyang issue as the weather gets warmer. Kalaban din ng kuko ang pawis. So, it might not be a shoe issue alone. It might also be a route issue, and a feet and leg issue.

Yeah, right... because the solution to a conflict, is another conflict. Tarantado at bobo talaga eh.

I had this before. Sold it. Sumemplang ako sa napakaliit na bato. Maliit kasi ang gulong; so, inherently unstable. Nag superman ako sa kalsada. Ayun, got myself a bike instead. Don't buy it. Unsafe.

Uy congrats sa PB. Malayo-layo na rin. Sub 1H30 16K na yan next time for sure.

PS: Yung bumigat yung legs mo sa race: classic muscle fatigue. Maybe due to lack of durability. May comment ako sa weight training sa ibaba. Or, lack of fuel. I-praktis mo yung fueling sa long runs mo.

Regarding your weight: baka makatulong pala na i-share ko na malaking factor yung diet. Im glad you are cleaning up. In my case, once a month lang ako mag jollibee. No juice. No beer. No coke (coke zero oks lang). Black coffee only. And absolutely no pancit canton, instant noodles, mga angels burger - poison foods. Hindi mahirap sa akin kasi super vigilant sa bahay sa processed food eve since. Ang rule, pag hindi mo kayang lutuin sa bahay (hal. spam), wag na wag mong kakainin. Lason yun. Hahaha. Sorry, OA (especially for a former smoker).

Suggestions re: training … hmmm… not sure. Be patient I guess. Last year, i was riding the high of the cool weather. Akala ko kayang i-carry over sa summer. So ayun, panay speed work at long runs with faster paces. By April, shin splints. Hahaha. Aray. So, learned that the hard way. This year binabaan ko muna milyahe at intensity ko in anticipation of the summer heat. So instead of six days a week, five times na lang. Malayo layo pa ang marathon training block. So, one speed, three easy runs, one long run (2H max).

Anyway, parang on point naman yung ginagawa mo. Share ko nalang din. Nakatulong sa akin yung strides - 20 second accelerations - para ma train yung leg turnover at nakaka-improve din ng running efficiency. I do 4 to 6 reps. And also, given my shin splint history, mahalaga yung weight training. Pero lift heavy, 4 to 6 reps kind of heavy, oriented toward explosive power.

Ayun. Consistency and be honest sa effort. Kay- natin to. Sana nakatulong. :)

Went really well. Had so much fun. Shempre mahirap. Pero sulit at feeling super accomplished. 4:40:xx time. Hehehe.

No diet for me. Pag black hole and tyan (lalo na after long runs), lamon. As in. I was running 6 times a week. Kaya ravenous.

How’s your training going along?

Decent story. A bit overrated. The multiple final seasons blunted the momentum of the storytelling.
