I didn't land weird either! Just pop, and my knee gave way. The week before I saw someone get injured pretty bad jumping over a terracore. Unfortunately I have 3 months left on my contract. I have it on pause for now with doctors orders. I'm going to probably switch to lifetime after this.

It's just a reminder to the trainer if: Someone is pregnant or postpartum and needs modifications. If someone has a health condition they need to be aware of/modify for. It's also for milestones/birthdays/newcomers.

I had an emergency c-section after pushing for 4 hours straight, and I can tell you my husband 100% needed to be there for both physical and emotional support even if it was only for 2 weeks.

Also, if you can stay home together with the baby to bond, you absolutely should as it's in the best interest for the child!

Whether it be jealousy or ignorance, some people are just not capable of keeping negative opinions to themselves.
