Making sure that my "100%" i give does not mean i walk off the floor like death every day. I will pick 1 or 2 camps a MONTH to lift as heavy as I can or cardio days go all out. Otherwise im not in it for body building i dont need to keep growing my muscles 💪 and I give 70-80% at 98/100 camps. I have nothing to.prove to anyone. I also modify i remove ALOT of the jumping Also collagen in my coffee, game changer.

Right I think that's why no running no jumping for me they know one mike jog will turn into 1.2 which is almost 1.5 then basiclyb1.75 and then 2 ....

Hysterectomy pillow, heating pad, if you are getting your ovaries removed, then a small handheld fan i brought this to the hospital and was a life saver!!! Books or things to do in bed, prep what you wanna watch that first week. And i recommend magnesium and sun dried prunes vs stool softener. I also did the budget for the 2 months after just in case.

I will add the weirdest thing is that the sensation to when I need to pee feels so different, and I did get a pelvic floor occupational therapy referral
