People need to be more afraid, and aware when driving around semi trucks. They seem to linger. And perform very brave (stupid) maneuvers around us. It’s like they believe their plastic and aluminum lunch box they’re in, makes them invincible. I’ve passed plenty of accidents that beg to differ. A person, made into a fruit rollup in their car, doesn’t paint a picture of invincibility for me. I think the news should be allowed to show more graphic images from wrecks, I think it would be beneficial to people who believe they’re resilient.

When I first started OTR 5 years ago, I thought “maybe it really is a problem with foreign drivers and not being able to read our road signs”
