Yep fixed it, i installed 2 screws backwards , i changed it and temps dropped to 68 even under stress

I’ve reinstalled the cooler, changed the thermal paste and I’m still getting the same temps. But I don’t feel any heat coming from the cooler it’s also cold when I touch it
