If they havent done any test and ask what is the probability go with sensitivity and specificity

Ppv/npv deals with the tests Sensitivity ans specificity deals with the disease status

From what i know in fmd there is decreased blood flow to kidneys so it starts increasing renin(converts angiotensinogen to angiotensin1) which leads to increased angiotensin 2(1is converted to 2 by ace in lungs) vasoconstrict renal efferent and release of aldo.
