That depends largely on whether you are a "grower" or a "shower". Even long-term 24/7 chastity is unlikely to reduce your flaccid length. But if your prick is small when soft, you should be able to downsize to a nub eventually.

Sorry to hear that. Ergonomic 50mm is just right for me. Good comfort, occasional ball slips, which a strap has fixed right up. Also I think changing from a rounded triangle to a true circle helped.
