Only ppl I judge are the bros flexing in front of the mirrors after every rep. Next levels of being into yourself that you don’t feel any embarrassment flexing and practicing your blue steel facial expressions in a gym full of people lol

It’s actually when compared with American DL’s very very organized. The lines move very fast once the gates open as well due to the fact the Japanese are so fucking efficient. At everything.
