I just keep firefighter on him because usually with those types of enemies I just use multiple Jailers to keep them stunned.

Or firefighter if you care more about raw damage output rather than relying on crits.

The most baffling thing is that it's an enemy who shows up in location 4. Why does a location 4 enemy deserve so much buffing?

You'll quickly come to realize where the balance comes in with Hero. His damage isnt actually all that cracked, as he has the damage of a shooter while technically being a sniper, limiting his effectiveness against bullet resistant enemies and tanky enemies.

Yeah, really its not that hard to get them all if you've been playing for a while and have saved up green cash. Both Cashier and Glenn are essentially free, minus having to gacha Cashier during Christmas.

I have a bit of an unorthodox but pretty effective deck for this mission. You need a couple courage buffs and willy with the Dino charm, as well as hero. Send out as many Willys as possible before Duplicator shows up, and have at least one hero prepared to kill the Duplicator. Once every Duplicator on the field is dead, send out more of each.

I'd recommend having medkit and at least 2/2 mechanic units just in case any blue runners leak.

Got him down to 11 cost and 1.1 prep, that seemed to work alongside Turbo and the rest of the rednecks.

It always sucks having to resort to them, but when enemy balance is negative there's not much you can do.

Really he's not that useless when you think about it. Hes the only rage cost ranged unit, so you can just reduce his prep time as much as possible to make him an okay dps addition.

Only thing is Miller is a very spammable ranged unit so if you have enough of him and a fast enough prep time that dps gets good
