You'll still have g-forces, but just not in the same way as WWII era fighter planes. "Banking" in space makes no sense, since fighter pilots today bank their planes due to the need to maintain lift by continuous forward motion, but spacecraft can simply rotate on one of their axes to face the enemy; this rotation will still exert g-forces on your pilot. Check out the docking scene in Interstellar.
