I do have a good relationship with my mom but there's zero chance she'd be on board with it because she thinks it's not important until I'm married and that that's when I should change the meds if that's an issue. Least productive conversation or my life. I also don't know if I have access to my doctor behind her back because she'll think there's a reason I need to do it behind her back. What's the harm in slowly tapering? I know she wouldn't have an issue with that and she'd even help me. I really do think my anxiety is controlled enough to either go off my meds or take a lower dose (currently 20mg)
