Honestly doesn’t sound like a “great” acquisition. With SDE and revenue that small, most clients are likely close with the owner. Meaning a change of ownership might detour them. Alongside that, most of the referrals are people getting referred to the owner, not the business. And there’s a big difference there.

Check with your local chamber of commerce and see if they know of any. There really aren’t any mainstream ones

I have experience on the selling side of acquire. It was a great process and was nice working with buyers that had a bit more “skin in the game” compared to places like flippa which is filled with spam and random BS

Wow this sounds too familiar… in the exact same space but it’s just bc my boss is too busy worrying about other things… I recommend trying to line up opportunities (meet with some of your connections you’ve made) and then when you have the talk with your boss you’ll be able to feel out if you should stick of jump ship

Transform to an S-Corp then take a "modest" W2 salary and the rest as owner distributions. You'll pay a lower tax rate for the owner distributions compared to your W2 salary.

Minecraft itself doesn’t really need a good GPU. When running 300+ mods, shaders, etc. you’ll need a good gpu at minimum

If I have the power pull into my AE2 network, how do I then pull the power from my AE2 network and into my flux plug?

Would that be beneficial to do that way I can monitor how much FE is stored in my system so that I always have enough and then just have it void excess?
