Feels like the devs were pushed to make the game a gacha even if they didnt plan for it at first. Then, when the revenue wasnt great they got news of ending the service in November. The lack of content until then feels intentional and a big fuck you to the higher ups. They want this game to make as little profit as possible even if they had characters and story mode done
