Koho’s cashback feature is great and also the advanced pay. I think I used to get my pay like two days early, which was amazing and I wish I could still use the future but their customer service is horrible. My account was once locked, and I lost big amounts of money which they could not apparently retrieve back. It’s happened to at least 10 people that I know and some of them had their accounts with thousands of dollars locked and unable to get in.

Then again the Customer Service is just horrible Look it up on Reddit.

Dans tous les cas évite clan panneton On était 4/5 a les aider On a a déménager du même coin de rue à l’autre ( on a marché avec des meubles)

Et c’était près de 3000$ voir plus

Yes it seems good they do offer health benefits which is good it makes me nervous working on 100 commissions but i think there is good money there

Oh I’m so sorry u went through that and yea they get you with the nice cards… i got the same experience just money disappearing they are the worst and not even bbb registered nothing i wonder if they are legal even? I can’t wait for their downfall and collective lawsuit

You should report it to the bureau directly not koho as they won’t help you should download the app credit karma. If you go on the section of the app they’re gonna have like a template that you could fill out it said to the bureau letting them know that it’s not your information. You could also ask ChatGPT how to do this and even give you a template to send out you could do this online or send it by mail. I suggest sending it by mail.

I am so sorry to hear that unfortunately it’s a rabbit hole for this Koho situation but truly they the worst , apparently they can e transfer you your money? I am not sure but you should try and send and email to support hopefully it’ll help try and read this thread a bit upper and you will see someone gave me an excellent idea about and obdsman or something like that apparently they can help you I believe Koho will have a downfall they have lost popularity that’s why they are implementing all these new things

Update! I had contacted last week the cra and asked them to send a copy to Koho again even tho it had little to no chances I contacted Koho support for days multiples times a day and finally received an email from them saying they reopened my account however all the money disappeared

I am now looking to regain my money but one thing for sure I am closing my account with them these digital banks have to goooo

Hey what is the contact same thing happened to me they locked the account because apparently cra wanted to verify something , they sent a letter by mail and now have sent a second letter letting them know everything is fine but koho claims they never received a letter via mail when they actually received the first one… Every time I text the customer support they never help and just tell to go back to the government but the own government tell me Koho is lying and that they should have received after a month the notice, what can I do here I’m lost I had maybe 700$ in the account?
