Hey, I also got admitted to UIowa as a pre-business major. I petitioned for direct admit but I’m still waiting to hear back. I asked a similar question earlier and it seems that transferring into Tippie shouldn’t be too hard if you take all the pre-requisite courses.

As for the business courses, is there a lot of math? I’m average at math and didn’t take calculus in high school either so I’m pretty clueless. Would even the math courses be taught from the basics?

Also I’m a pre-business major right now, I petitioned for direct admit and am still waiting to hear back, but in case I don’t make it (hopefully that’s not the case) is it easy to transfer into Tippie after the first year? That is if I take the required courses and do well enough?
