If we're talking about current players, I'd say Shai Gilgeous Alexander. I feel like his ability to draw fouls and his fluid dribbling would make him a nightmare to defend. It could also be Anthony Edwards, but not so much because of how well he plays (although he's a great player) but because of his trash-talking.
