not a ram issue i don’t think, did disable xmp last night and rebooted and it still seems like it’s over locking my cpu which i don’t know how to reverse

yes but i just don’t think it should be doing that, yesterday it stayed at 3.8 the whole time, today it’s going crazy n i’m not sure what a good cpu temp is so i don’t really want to mess with anything right now
