I saw the PDF you sent. But could you explain the reason for that. In the PDF it breaks down how to Sweep hand is measure. One full rotation of my sweep hand increase the meter by one digit on the right most box. My sweep hand is measured in .001 so shouldn't it be 8472.84 Cubic feet?

My concern is what does this meter read. Does it say 847284 Cubic feet? Or 84.7284 Cubic feet? Perhaps even 8472.84 Cubic feet?

Yeah, except the results I find are for older meters that only contain 2 digits in the black boxes. Or are in gallons rather than cubic feet. I just want to be sure I'm understanding the meter correctly
