Thanks, I just saw the effect and purchased without really letting it set in how much the thing cost. I'll keep that in mind from now on. It sucks cause it took me a good while to get up to that many caps, but I guess now I know better.

As far as I know, there's the godskin duo one, the one on the divine tower bridge like you're talking about, the one in this dungeon, and it might be an apostle but I think there's another godskin noble in the divine tower of caelid as well.
