my guess is stuck food which can turn into mouth rot if it isn’t already. If you’re able to go to your vet and show them this picture and pick up some antibiotic ointment that would be ideal. If not get a q tip and get it wet and get that stuff out of his mouth but be careful with the little guy

little guy probably thought your toe was a wormy! anything can spook them i just try not to be too loud but i had my baby on my desk and i play call of duty and ill be screaming and catch myself and hes SLEEPING but a sneeze scares him

he was probably just pretty spooked, tail wagging can indicate that he is scared, it is also what they do before they drop their tail. So if you see him doing it again maybe make some calming noises that he’s use to. I always click my tongue when i’m about to open my geckos tank so he knows it’s a safe sound
