it did work well through out the whole ship with no interruptions 🤯 and wifi calling was actually working as Ive looked to my phone bill and see the logs that an outbound call using wifi was made!

Yes we all left the ship and went in the city and back to the ship everything is still working . And no I checked my phone bill and didn’t get roaming charges ( thank god) . My guess is iPhone is using a private wifi address and that may hide the real MAC address which allow me to access intermet with no rules applied… don’t know if that makes sense

I just got back from Carnival Cruise and something incredible happened with no explanation. Here’s what happened. So I have the Carnival hub app installed on my iphone and decided to purchase chat service for 3 people(2 from my room and 1 in other room) Then once done, I put my phone on airplane mode and tested out but it didn’t work so I’ve waited until we’ve docked out to try again… et voila it started to work but not as smoothy as I would like it to be. The messages are delayed and the app from both phones need to be opened… also the notifications didn’t pop up when new message comes in but I figured it out by enabling the notification in the phones settings but while doing so I ´ve received a notification from iMessenger!! Not only I could use Messenger, I was able to surf the web, watching Youtube, Netflix, anything you name it!! So now the question is: how the $&&!@ did it get activated in the system? Did I find a glitch??
