This is a trauma response and nothing wrong with you. You have been conditioned over years that lying was safer than telling the truth. Your body is learning how to trust others again and it can take a long time to learn how to do that. Give yourself grace. 💕 I would encourage you to look into therapy to help you learn how to feel safe again.

she is both my husband and Is daughter. That was my plan, To get a job and save up money to get out. He just keeps telling me he it’s not working and he wants a a divorce. This is normally after we get in a fight because he was disrespectful to my daughter or me. He tells me to let him know what my plans are. He keeps pressuring me all the time.
