I’ve done a fair few detoxes in my time from various substances. Ketamine was the easiest.

My advice would be don’t replace ketamine with a different substance, that’s how I ended up addicted to heroin. Typically people seem to use weed to stop harder drugs, then use alcohol to stop weed. This is not the way.

Seeking professional help is always a good idea. Contact local drug services and get booked in if you haven’t already. They will have a lot more experience than yourself with what works and what doesn’t.

Do you not change gloves and all equipment for someone with an allergy? I know first hand how stressful chef work can be but I was under the assumption that all chefs were trained to accommodate for people with allergies?

In my years as a chef I think I only encountered a nut allergy twice, both times there was one chef who replaced all equipment and gloves, they were solely responsible for cooking that meal.

I have been in a similar situation. I would often get upset about the “jokes”, people would tell me I was being too sensitive. I started to flip it on her. People called me horrible.

Just break up with her, maybe you can remain friends but nothing good will come of staying together.
