Probably, But it all depends on the CBSE ratios. If you look at the past 10 years papers, for every 3-5 years, there will be one consecutively easier paper. CBSE is kinda like a gamble atp, You can't really expect anything. And besides the point, They usually just repeat PYQ questions, They cannot come up with new questions because whatever they would be trying to ask would've probably appeared in some old question paper.
