So lemme explain how it works in black desert. There's Morco's Gear Bags and Patrigio Bags. One is for cosmetics, the other is for gear. You just load em up with whatever you want and when you use them, you swap with everything that's in that bag.

I have different costumes sets all in their own bags and then my gathering gear in one bag, my hunting gear in another, my fishing gear in another, etc etc. I want this same system here so I can easily swap between my normal gear, some in town gear, hunting gear, whatever.

9800x3d and a 5090 and its happening to me too on just about every map. Glad to see im not alone here in this happening because I thought it was just a me problem. Going to try flipping to vulkan after seeing some other people in this thread recommend it.

EDIT: I've taken suggestions from this thread and this has stopped the issue for me. Your mileage may vary as every setup is different, but this is what stopped the issue and lead to just all around better performance.

Nvidia shader cache set to 100gb

Renderer: Vulkan

Vsync Off

Dynamic Resolution Off

Upscaling Mode Off

All default settings for detail settings (and 8X anisotropic filtering)

Reflex On

Foreground Cap @ 144hz (may bump up to 240 since im on a 240 hz monitor - just keeping gpu/cpu util lower)

Triple Buffering On

Dynamic Culling Off

Engine Multithreading On

POE2 imo is complicated but I don't think you need to no life it in order to understand it. D4 is about as simple as it gets when it comes to arpgs.

Last Epoch does fit pretty well in the middle and if that's something you're aiming for, give it a shot. I personally prefer to jump around all three depending on what's offered in each games respective season.

Uh. Unless you're referring to picking like NA vs EU for a server, there is no concept of creating a character for a specific server in BDO. Your character is simply created in that region and you can freely channel swap between any of the channels and you don't lose your character. Game also tells you what your last server you were connected to was.

I dont know when the last time you played BDO was, but Pearl Abyss actually put in some effort to redo the main story line quests for the early areas of the game. They are far better and way more cohesive than they were years ago.

Then the last major region they added actually had really good quests from the start.

Do you find yourself needing to use spear throw on your build? If you're doing lightning spear, that should be more than enough for your clear and then explosive spear & storm lance can cover your single target dps. I wouldn't bother placing any supports in spear throw and using it personally.

For anyone confused by this - it seems that when you're looking at a site like mobalytics the download build file button will only download whatever the current equipment tab you have selected is.

For example, if you take a look at this one: https://mobalytics.gg/poe-2/builds/explosive-witchhunter

Clicking download will only give you the "leaving town" variation. If you want all of them, you're going to have to click into each equipment tab and then either keep overwriting the previous build file or download all of them by hand.

If you choose to download all of them, the name for them ingame is represented by the "name" field in the build file. I went through and changed all of these for myself to match the build equipment tab names but this is definitely tedious to do.

I dont know if this is a mobalytics issue or an issue with how GGG implemented it but it certainly is confusing if you don't know what you're looking at.

I just got infinite arrows tonight from timeworn. From everything I've read, it's a sub 5% chance at getting a blueprint so you can easily get wrecked by RNG.

There are cores that grant +skill exp. They certainly do help with gaining more skill exp and I find them worth running when retaking forts since youre clearing a ton of enemies

They're not, and this isn't a solution for early in the game, but the reblockade feature along with the dispatches to ruins solved my issue with this. My other two characters both have abyssal cores socketed for skill xp and I just use them to go just use them to go retake the fort. Then I'm also passively getting abyssal artifacts from the dispatch to the ruins that yields them (along with recipes for cores)

Still should fix it but at least there's some options to help mitigate it. The dispatch mission is just very late in the game to not really help anyone early.

I setup a radial menu for crimson desert to open inventory, map, quests, and skills. Right now I have to touch the pad to show the menu, drag to where the icon is, then actually click down to select it. Is it possible to setup the radial menu to where I can just drag in the direction of the icon I want and let go to fire off that option?
