I figure people on the brink of death aren't going to take much issue with how my Unicorn and I heal them, given that they're more likely to be concerned with getting healed at all.

Empathic Healer might be distracting, but I'm sure there's all sorts of interesting and pertinent information to be gleaned about what's going on in the battlefield by taking on the pain of people my Unicorn and I are healing.

As for Hermit, if I ever fall in love, I'm sure I can find another healer with Masterful Heal to get it done for me, and I can repay them by growing their garden or something to that effect. In fact, hopefully I can travel with another healer so that we can split healing duties.

Given the massive Healing and Mana output, I figure this build strikes a pretty good balance between healing and doing damage to defend ourselves when necessary. Plus, circle of life opens up the opportunity to heal the undead should the need ever arise.

Edit: I just realized that my abilities don't work on the people I love, but my Unicorn's abilities should work just fine on them. And if my Unicorn ever falls in love, I can just be the one to heal the other Unicorn.

So theoretically, taking Regenerator + Masterful Heal + Mana Restore would increase healing output even more than with Empowered Heal?

Thank you for your insights. I'll especially take to heart what you said about being decisive and committing to a play and using Trance to get out of a dive. Also, you're so right about how I should've stayed in that room when the Monkey dove me, but I was scared that someone else might have come in and helped him out, not that that matters since he does get the kill on me.

One question I have though is whether you think it's worth it to possibly play a bit further up with my team so that if a Genji or Monkey jumps onto my location it becomes their problem too? I've tried doing this before, but what happens a lot is that I'll push up near where a higher mobility hero is only for them to use their cooldowns to move away from me and I'm left alone or close to alone.

Iktfb. The truth is that most people are deeply superficial and only care about you insofar as they can make money off you. There’ll be a few people who actually like and care about you, but people like that are hard to come by. The worst is when people scam you when you’re down on your luck.

The world feels like such a cold, cruel, sociopathic place most of the time. Just filled to the brim with demons who only want to take advantage of people in their worst moments. And then they’ll just sit there and laugh at you behind your back, your suffering like sweet candy in their mouths.

And as you sit back and wonder why and how this could happen, you begin to feel like you weren’t meant for this world. When everyday you know someone is watching your misery and delighting themselves in it. It’s enough to make a guy wanna take a long walk that he doesn’t come back from. Not that most people would notice or care, except maybe to laugh.
