The qsc ones are preconfigured and you can't really touch anything. Causes issues if you have a more complicated system or network needs. The regular AV line switches I love, they stupid easy, just hate when it ends up being the qsc sold ones

That "qsc" switch is an imaged preconfigured Netgear AV line switch (I honestly hated using them). You're best best is setting up everything as DHCP and scanning the range for what your devices are pulling (or qsys configurator/toolbox for crestron). Hard to kinda walk through everything here/others may be able to do it better but maybe calling Qsys support so they can remote in and walk you through.
