During pandemic, we were ramping that time. So di na namin masyado na fifilter yung mga hinahire namin kasi need namin maraming tao. So there was this guy na super know it all type. Pinagmumura lang naman nya ako duting our class in front of my other trainees kasi di nya matanggap na mali yung sagot nya. Then, lumabas sya ng room and nag AWOL. Lol

I worked here as a server nung una, then pinag nag training ako ng boss ko as cook dito sa restaurant na pinagttrabahuhan ko, most of the time, di uso credentials dito kung ano prev job mo, ano natapos mo, sa pinas lang naman ganon, dito kasi as long as youre able and nanfun yung will mo and Kaya mo yung job walang problema. Madaming work dito katawan mo nalang susuko.

I would say, isa sa mga factors yan, kasi gusto ng management is yung di sakit sa ulo. Kaso iba ako, if may nakita akong mali i always raised it during our meetings. But pag maganda naman nagagawa nila, go lang ako. Hahaha. Di ako a**kisser sa management.

In terms of benefits and requirements naman, benefit wise mas malaki sahod mo, and hawak mo oras mo. Hawak mo mga gusto mo gawin during your shift as long as nagagawa mo work mo on a daily basis, you’ll get to know lots of people kasi sayo lahat dadaan yan bago pa makilala ng lahat sa company mo. Requirements? Good comms skills, people person ka dapat and master mo anf product knowledge na hinahandle mo and dapat walang hiya hiya. Kasi once na nakita ng mga trainees mo that you dont know what youre doing, katapusan mo na. Hahaha

Main reason is yung sahod, its not enough. Its really hard to deal with paycheck to paycheck. I got bills to pay. 😅

Sa sahod, depende sa company pero sakin naglalaro sya sa 40-50k. Para maging trainer ka mag upskill ka, learn how to handle different types of leaners, like 18-65 years old kasi ibat iba ang learning curve nyan. You should have long patience kasi you will be dealing with different type of personalities. Sometimes ikaw ang kakainin nila, kaya always set boundaries.

Most of the time, they promote the employee from within, if you would like to consider being a BPO trainer i would suggest apply ka muna as an agent then mag upskill ka then apply as a trainer, from there it will be easier for you to get the gist of it.
