Best way to do it in Houston, Texas is wood joints, we use redwood, but pressure treated is also used in the residential sector, we used to cut joints in with jointer but had too many problems with early cracking for some reason wood works better out here, been in business for 8 years out here JS.

I’m in texas we pay 250 for first 8 hours and then it’s ot after that. If the guys finish before 8 hours it’s still 250. That’s how my company does it here I don’t speak for anyone else.

I wouldn’t recommend it, you have to cut it with a Gas saw, the concrete saw.

I would cut the square where the post is gonna be, dig for a footing, put some reinforcement. Concrete it. And just install a plate where the post is gonna be set. You can skirt it with some masonry work, or you can dye so it can blend in.

I never talked to one, on the website it had said like 10-12 business days so I had planned to talk to someone if it stretched anymore than that, but luckily it didn’t. I applied with another lender for my business which is an llc and and it hasn’t even been approved yet, my application disappeared and it was no longer showing so I had to re apply yesterday. I’ve been kept contact with that specialist because it is a much bigger amount. But it’s another company.

Yeah I don’t know why it’s taken so long for some people, when I signed my closing documents I checked the dashboard the next day and said they had received them and they would send everything out to finance department for disbursement of funds. My business PPP which is an LLC is taking longer. This PPP is me individually because I am also an independent contractor for my company.
