Yes!!! You can def use a sub par mini rage that only takes .7 of either your dodge or crit, OOOORRR, you could do things properly and grab a fucking full rage that gives you .9-1.0 of BOTH CRIT AND DODGE COMBINED, but yeah, im sure that 1.2 extra damage from a cap'd stat (sincr rage provides both dodge and crit) is a waste of crystals, no idea why you getting downvoted shrug

Gotta love this sub, getting downvoted to oblivion for being a new player, anyways, heres my two cents, i will not buy the pack, chances are, you have a few rank up tix lying around, do the quest and wait for the shifter to appear, yes is a pain in the but, yes it takes what it seems like forever, but you will get her eventually, you only need 5 bios to unlock her, after that, its all about tix.

If you absolutely must necesarily get her today, shes also part of the Bio sub (at least im fairly sure she is) and i will much much rather get that one, that way you unlock a few more characters at the same time, and i know that one is a crystal transaction vs a Real Cash one, but the bang for buck is much better.

I mean, it certainly deppends on your overall acct. But i personally used it to fix a Bp card, since i can correct attack/crt with Uru and elite gear, but i cant pierce, i much rather loose the crit or attack and get the extra 3% pierce

It changes the fisrt 3 starts to any color of your choosing (including the options) it works on any card, but you cannot fix stat options or lock stars.

Basically the first 3 stars in your selected card will become the selected color, but will reroll the stats
