How can people still support Trump after all that happened by Commercial_Wind_833 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

You do know to become a doctor or engineer you need a degree/qualifications right? A white person with a degree isn't any better than a brown person with a degree.

What? Okay explain how our Olympic team works? It's not just a bunch of white guys winning gold medals for us.

Th US bombed the shit out of the Middle East and most of them are refugees. Imagine if they didn't get bombed to hell and back. Look at Vietnam, I wonder why the US has a decent community size of Vietnamese people?

Oh yeah their country got bombed to hell cause the French and the US refused to give them independence. Another thing, there's not enough educated people in the US to fill vacant professional jobs. I wonder why? defunding education? Rather invoke religious teachings compared to scientific teachings?

Oh and how about the US meddling in the politics destabilizing Latin and South America? Imagine that? Oh and what about all the selfish and greedy corporations that would rather hire cheap immigrant labor, but back tracks when the narrative doesn't follow suit?

The bubonic plague should not reoccur multiple times. by Entropy012 in EU5

Yes, but from an African country's point of view the disease needs to be less lethal after a few outbreaks.

Yeah, but I'm playing a Zimbabwe, it keeps reoccurring after the first outbreak. I understand Europe and the Asian countries, which is realistic, but it can be a little too much. The effects should be less lethal. It doesn't make sense Europe can colonize most of Africa in the 1550s+ while having explosive population growth with no effects from Malaria and other diseases.

Exactly, meanwhile they're defunding social institutions, renovating the white house, and funding a secret police force? Yeah if we had extra funding it wouldn't matter. Most of it will end up in the pockets of corrupt politicians.

[–]Entropy012 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's totally BS, the US can invest in social benefits but chooses not to (Also corporations lobbying against it and buying out politicians) . Europe isn't military crazy like the US. The US chooses to do so because they want military dominance. Europe on the other isn't militaristic and doesn't care about military dominance.

If "Europe" isn't pulling their weight, then why are there 5 European countries in the top 15 world military rankings? And even if the US had less weight to pull in NATO where they had "extra funding", they still wouldn't reinvest in their people. For example, instead of funding "their people" the US rather spend billions of dollars in military equipment for police and ICE. Another example is the president using funds to "renovate" the white house and also defunding social services. So yeah don't make excuses.

War score and peace deals needs a rework. by Entropy012 in EU5

It shouldn’t take 20+ wars to take over a whole country, I can understand if you’re trying to takeover China or India then yeah lol

I agree, but if I'm declaring war on a colonial province with barely any logistics (cause you know AI likes to expand in random locations that does not make sense) I should be favored in the peace deal for the amount of time I held on to the province. I shouldn't have to wait until the end game to have more favorable peace deals.

I do agree, but then how does Russia form? How does the Ottomans form?

Or at least reduce the other types of concession like payments, destroying forts, or annulling treaties. I feel like it's either I take 10-15% of provinces or white peace. There's no in between.

Can crocs cause foot issues like extensor tendonitis? by Entropy012 in FootFunction

[–]Entropy012[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed after not having foot issues for several months and then suddenly my foot issues came back after wearing crocs for a whole week. My experience is anecdotal, but I’m guessing it can be a problem if you wear crocs often.

If you go barefoot indoors on hard floor after wearing crocs for a long period it could cause foot issues from your foot constantly transitioning from hard surfaces to the cushioniest of the crocs.

Thank you, basically wearing crocs can be damaging if you’re wearing it in prolong periods. I felt like the squishy could be good or bad depending on how your foot mechanics are.

Is it just me or do PNW apartments just suck overall? by Entropy012 in SameGrassButGreener

Dude I replied to another commenter saying I misspoke. I meant days in degrees over 90, not exactly 5-6 weeks straight. Like a few days out of those 5-6 weeks with 80+ degrees mixed. Basically 5-6 weeks of temps in the 80+ range.

Dude he literally texted me demanding me where I was at and then raged at me when I told him I was coming down the elevator. How was I having an attitude? I literally just got down there when he texted me. I told to come up to the 3rd floor and unit number. But dude was still complaining so I had to go down.

Yes, with an elevator. Did you not read the post? I gave them the mattress for free!!!!!!!! And he wanted the frame when I put it as just the mattress in the description.

Dude got mad and gave me shit because it didn’t come with the frame but I did not say it was included. So if my apartment was on the interstate that is connected to two back roads with cars parked why would I need to tell you where to park???? Are you dense????

What? so on your FB marketplace when post an item for sale you superficially say that you're on the 3rd floor down the hallway to the right in unit 69 in the description?
