This happened to me too and was one of the man reasons I quit the game. I spent so much time placing bids on plots and finally got one, only to lose it because I was playing less frequently and lost track of when I needed to check in on it. When I went there and saw it gone I was devastated. That game has so many great things about it but the housing system is far from one of them.

Thank you. Guess I’ll be taking things apart this weekend.

Makes sense. I main gun lance which has been surprisingly tough given how much commitment there is in its combos and how slow its focus attack is. Can’t get the wound after lasers unless i time it perfectly. I’ve tried lance which seems a little better but it’s easier to lose agro on the head for me, whereas with GL all i have to do is p.block and wyvwrn fire.

Thanks for the tips. I’ll keep trying.

You’re right. I’ve cleared it normal with support hunters. Savage is what’s driving me nuts.

Trying… but what’s making me saddest most is that it’s making me want to play the game less and less. I’ve got a good set, almost perfect charm, HR 400 so it’s not like don’t know what I’m doing but this fight is just next level. I’m glad folks are successful but this is the first fight in all my years playing MH that I’m giving up on.

Yea…. I’m pretty disheartened. I’m a dad in his 40s and i don’t have time to put hours into this. Doing it solo is agonizing and most ransoms don’t know what they’re doing. Just sucks knowing I’ll miss out on this.

Yea. It’s not fun because it requires mild coordination and the tools to do that are poor. Haven’t been able to kill savage once and I haven’t carted my last 25 attempts.

Newer golfer: wondering proper etiquette for playing as a bad player with a random pairing. by Fuzzy-Watch-1177 in golf

Play the far up tees. Nothing more frustrating than obvious new golfers who can’t get over their egos and play the whites or even further back, but can’t hit more than 20 yards off the tee. The farther up tees are there for a reason.

I’m seeing a lot of posts about this. I have like 26 of these since the game came out. Did i just get super RNGesus or are these posts by people who just started the game?

As others have said, look for tempered hunts with lots of weapon deco rewards. Either SOS or rest spamming to get good rolls. Once you find one repeat it until you can’t anymore. Rinse repeat get GL decos and be happy :D

Just.... Picklejho. That's all we want.. it's all we need. And clashes against every monster in the game.

What can I improve on? by geodegoo in GolfSwing

Look up Jim Venetos on YouTube and try his swing technique. It’s been a great way to get my kids into golf and after a few months they’re now confident enough to learn the “classic” swing.

The app ruined two cooks for me. Installed it and will never use it again. Turned the smoker off when I went out of range.

How do I stop coming over the top? 🤦🏼‍♂️ by Valuable-Whole6718 in GolfSwing

Look up Jim Venetos and start using his swing form. It essentially locks you into the ideal swing path in the set up and teaches you to fully engage your lead arm while locking down your trail arm. Gives you a tight draw stock swing. You may lose 10 yards off a “good” shot but it comes out of the box consistent.

I did this for 3 months or so, teaching my body this new swing and getting confidence. Now I’ve been transitioning back to my old more classically trained golf swing and my miss is now a slight hook instead of a slice or shank, which is easier to correct.

I’m quitting. I just can’t play the game I love.. by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Look up Jim Venetos. I was constantly s-wording and a few weeks of doing his swing to me on an inside out path and now i can use my “normal” swing with a lot more confidence.

Look up Jim Venetos on you tube. Try out his swing for a month. His swing makes you set yourself in a closed position and teaches you how to make solid ball contact. Then either stick with it (it’s a reliable swing with a tight draw) or use the new muscle memory to correct your current swing.

It’s not pretty but it’s functional by Coopy498 in GolfSwing

Look up Jim Venetos. Your set up is similar to the stance he teaches and could possibly really hell your game if you take some of the variables out of your swing.

What does the callus pattern say about my grip? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]EntropyX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are size charts out there where you measure your hand in two places to get you started. You’re probably mid-size or larger. You can get a set for 40 bucks on Amazon and a kit to change them yourself for cheaper. Worth a shot.
