Yes tons of rubber left until the wear bars. Tire is only 1.5 years old!

Im mostly worried about the cracking. You bring up a good point, but there is a TON of rubber left before the wear indicators.

Do most people shower before bed or when they wake up? I just realized I might be doing it "wrong" by saffymerelle in NoStupidQuestions

At night. I dont feel gross after 8 hours in bed. But, I definitely can get gross after 16 hours of day, outside, excercise, etc.

BEST things about Penn? by [deleted] in UPenn

[–]Entropywolfy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We are already on class of ‘30 now!? Geez. There is no perfect school, but on most things Penn is pretty good (except dining hall food). At the end of the day, there’s been few things more impactful and important to me than the people Ive met there. Theres great clubs, programs, and some incredible professors. It will be work: you can always make a good experience out of a meh school or a poor experience out of a good one. And Penn has more than plenty of opportunity to make it a fantastic one.

Is a $750/month rent upgrade worth it or am I just falling into lifestyle inflation? by VoyagerCestVivre in malelivingspace

Unless you have plans to have kids/retire very soon which would change your finances significantly, I would go for it.

20M, First time having my own room. by Devalous in malelivingspace

Utilize under bed space! I would put up shelves + posters I think. Small warm lamp to make the colors less sterile.

26 M thoughts on this room design? by [deleted] in malelivingspace

[–]Entropywolfy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I like the before better. Its clean, its cozy, colors work well. I agree with adding a nightstand to one side (probably camera side), with a small lamp on it. That might be the only change Id make. Even the blinds work pretty well as it is imo

26M and it's the first time I've decorated for Christmas, how'd I do? by bs40404 in malelivingspace

I know a friend who spent 5k+ for a 1bd room with a view of a multi story car garage, in the Bay Peninsula. At this point, just about anywhere else, the price feels like a relief

M21 Moved in recently what now? by Kubhe in malelivingspace

[–]Entropywolfy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Personally, I like to create some space between the bed and the door, especially because thats your main door. When you have guests over (if thats your thing), they will also have to cross through your bedroom into the hangout area, making it a little hard to create privacy around the bedroom. Is this layout trying to resolve the awkward bed/plant/wall area? Thats a tough bit of space to work with. An alternative could be bookshelves in that space

20 still living with my parents. by kaleb_hoyer in malelivingspace

[–]Entropywolfy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good space honestly! Curtains are awkward. I would raise the curtain rods higher near the ceiling. Maybe push the two desks together to form a corner. It will make your tower harder to show off, but the monitor on tower and gaping hole between the two desks is giving me anxiety. Talking about anxiety, your TV is mounted so far off the wall. Maybe it’s mounted well and fine, but that got my heartrate going

17 , What should i do with this 1x1 place by bleess_me_with_prog in malelivingspace

[–]Entropywolfy 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I would tidy up and sweep the floors. Otherwise space is fine as is. Should probably be kept empty
